Zoom users get demoted from a Licensed to a Basic account periodically to free up license space. If a user requests it we can promote them back up to Licensed.

1. Log into https://umsystem.zoom.us/ and select Accounts. Then Users.
2. Search for the user's email address and select Edit (Fig. 1).
   
3. Select Licensed and then Save (Fig. 2).
