User not receiving Zoom verification email

Ticket: Ongoing

Cause: User may have missed the initial email, or their email address may be bouncing on the Zoom side


Solution:

  • From Zoom admin website, click users
  • Click pending tab
  • Search for user email
  • Click Resend
  • If user still does not get an email, Zoom likely has them blocked
  • Click the Blue support button on the bottom right
  • Type “Support” and click “support”. 
  • Choose chat option, then select "SSO and Integrations," then "SSO"
  • Tell support person that “A user is not receiving Zoom verification emails. Please whitelist the following user: insert email here”
  • After whitelisted, click resend again
  • Check with user to see if they received the email.
  • If still not working, contact a Zoom admin
