If the registrar contacts us and tells us to add someone, then we can do it. We can use the CRS to add them. They must be removed manually via the People page in Canvas because the scripts will not do it (since they didn’t do the addition). You might ask the Registrar who requested the addition to let you know when it is ok to remove those users from the FERPA site. Otherwise you would have to check for FERPA scores and then remove the users once they have passed FERPA.
