If you are not able to get into VoiceThread because you are getting the below error message you will need to reset your VoiceThread password (See, Fig. 1).

Click on Reset to reset your VoiceThread password.  You will recieve a verification email to reset your password.

Enter a new password for VoiceThread.  Note: This is ONLY your VoiceThread password and you will not need it again. 

Once you have completed these steps you should not encounter this error again.  If you do, please contact VoiceThread@missouri.edu.

Note: If you do not receive the reset email, please contact VoiceThread@missouri.edu.
